I founded Petroyag in 1993 with 100% domestic capital in order to provide industrial lubricants to our country's industrial production. Our aim was to create a platform that would identify new products that the industry needs and create new application areas for them. Petroyag, which we started with a few colleagues, has become a Turkish family business exporting to over 50 countries with offices in Izmit, Gebze and Georgia, internationally known and making a difference with its social investments contributing to society.
During my career over 45 years, I have encountered many successes as well as many difficulties. My faith in myself, my family, my colleagues and my country has always been my greatest motivation in overcoming these challenges.
We have grown and evolved, always dreaming of better and newer, uncompromising on the principles of reliability, integrity and diligence that light our way as values that make us who we are today.
We are a family, sharing the same goal, sharing what we earn, developing together. We follow Petroyag's values in our work. We stand for the truth in all circumstances, act according to our ethical principles and keep our commitments. We take responsibility for society, for the environment and for the future.
We invest what we earn in the country we live in. We have created new areas of employment and we have established a world-class production facility in the Gebze Organized Industrial Zone. After being born in this country, we have established business relations in many countries around the world and have taken firm steps to become a global brand by producing quality products.
As one of our country's important industrial organizations, we will strive to produce and deliver our products to our valued customers in different parts of the world without compromising our principles. On the other hand, we will continue to provide educational opportunities for our children, who guarantee our future, and continue to remain sensitive to social problems.
I would like to express my gratitude to our dear colleagues, business partners and stakeholders, who have been with us side by side and have supported us throughout this long journey, for their contributions and the value they have created.

Ünal SOYSAL
Born in Ankara in 1957, Ünal Soysal completed his primary and high school education in Bahçelievler. He then graduated from Gazi University with a degree in Chemical Engineering. Upon successfully completing his education in 1979, he began his career in 1980 at a state institution pioneering in lubricant production.
Since 1980, Soysal has been working on lubricants as a chemical engineer. He worked for Petrol Ofisi A.Ş. for 8 years and Texaco Europe Turkey for 4 years. During this time, he participated in numerous lubrication seminars in Türkiye as both an attendee and speaker and received additional training on lubrication at various facilities abroad.
Combining his experience and foresight, Soysal founded Petroyağ in a 20-square-meter office after 12 years of work. Petroyağ, a 100% Turkish brand, became one of the first companies to receive a Lubricant License from the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA) following the regulation of the petroleum market.
Petroyağ has made R&D investments a core company policy. Today, it continues to produce by world standards at its modern facility in the Gebze Organized Industrial Zone, which has a production capacity of 50,000 tons and is fully automated.
